How does personalization work?
After you order, you'll get a link to a short quiz about the person you're gifting. Tell us their name, what you love about them, and the memories and details that make them them. You'll also build their characters (hair, skin tone, style and so on) and choose an illustration style.
Do I get to see the book before it's printed?
Yes. You'll get a full digital preview, and nothing is printed until you approve it. One round of edits is included.
Is the writing done by AI?
We use AI to help draft the reasons and illustrations from your answers. You then review, edit and approve every word.
What's the difference between the hardcover and the PDF?
The hardcover is a printed, made-to-order keepsake shipped to you or the recipient. The PDF is a digital version you can send, share or print yourself. It's ideal for last-minute gifts.
Can you ship it straight to the recipient?
Yes. Just enter their address at checkout. We don't include prices or invoices in the package.
Can I add a dedication?
Yes. There's space in the quiz for a personal dedication on the first page.
What if something arrives damaged?
Send us a photo within 14 days of delivery and we'll reprint it for free.
