1 out of 5 starsSeller took over 10 days to actually send package. They did include a free gift however the earrings themselves broke within 4 hours of wear. The post seemed to be glued on improperly and fell apart while being worn for the first time.

Hi. Your order was originally shipped on time, however as you know the label was damaged and I was awaiting Etsy’s approval for a reprint. They never got back to me so I purchased an additional shipping label out of my pocket and shipped out again. I also included an additional gift for the delay. I am sorry to hear that the post broke. The posts are not glued and are one piece. This is not a common issue and I would have been glad to send you a replacement or a refund. I apologize for the inconvenience.
