星 5 個のうち 1 個I ordered Strider’s Ranger sword from this shop. When it arrived, I was extremely disappointed by the terrible quality of the packaging, and by the fact that the sword’s cross guard was snapped near the handle. The sword was shipped in a cardboard box with minimal plastic wrap around the sword and sheath separately to supposedly protect it. I reached out to the shop to ask for a replacement and offered to send back the broken sword. They responded the day after I messaged them, but the message was written poorly and was hard to understand. They said they would replace the sword if I paid them around two-thirds of what I had initially paid for the sword, which they should have covered as they were at fault. Other than the broken cross guard, the sword appears as advertised, but expect poor shipping and bad customer service.

星 5 個のうち 1 個Qualität ist grottenschlecht. Schwerthülle ist schon in der Mitte gebrochen. Farbe am Griff abgeblättert usw.

星 5 個のうち 5 個It is a very sharp well made sword. I already cut my finger while loosen the packaging, so be careful. The packaging was well and it came with a leather case. Thank you!
