DELIVERY POLICY

Orders are usually dispatched within 1-2 working days from the time of placement. Processing times are displayed on each individual listing page on Etsy.
If, for any reason, I am unable to meet this timeframe, I will inform you, and if the new dispatch date is not suitable, you can cancel the order for a full refund.

Etsy will notify you once the item is dispatched. Expected transit times are indicated on each individual item listing. Please be aware that delivery times may be extended due to public holidays, busy periods, or disruptions to services caused by adverse weather or strikes.

International customers are responsible for ensuring that the goods comply with the regulations of their respective countries and for payment of all local taxes, customs duties, processing, and import fees.

Please ensure that your delivery address is correct when placing the order. As per seller protection rules, I will only ship to the address provided in the order. If you request a different address after placing the order, I will, unfortunately, have to cancel the order so that you can re-order with the correct address.

REFUND POLICY

All consumer sales made on Etsy.com are subject to Italian laws and EU regulations, which include the European Union Directive on Consumer Rights.

• Right to Cancel:
------------------------
Customers have the right to cancel their order for any reason within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To cancel, you must provide a cancellation notice before the expiration of the cooling-off period. It is not enough just to send the goods back. You can send the notice by post, email, or through Etsy Conversations. It is preferred that you use Etsy Conversations for all Etsy orders to ensure communication records are available to Etsy's administration. You may use of the provided Cancellation Form, although it is not mandatory.

• Refunds:

For cancellations, I will refund the order value: within 14 days of cancellation where goods have not yet been despatched, and within 14 days of us receiving returned goods.
The refund will include any standard shipping cost that was paid during the purchase.
However, if you specifically requested non-standard delivery, such as an express delivery upgrade, the additional cost will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. The customer will be held responsible, up to the original order value, for any goods that are not returned or are returned damaged.

• Return Conditions:

Returned goods that have already been delivered must be sent back within 14 days of cancellation. Please ensure that the goods are returned in a re-saleable condition, including the original packaging, and that they are unused. Careful packaging and sealing are necessary to prevent damage during transit.

In the event that goods are canceled after they have been dispatched, you have the option to refuse delivery. The delivery service will then return the package to the sender, but this process may take longer and tracking updates may be limited. To ensure a smoother return process, it is advisable to accept the package and arrange for its return to the sender using a tracked method.

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of returns for canceled items. It is recommended to use appropriate packaging to prevent damage during transit and select a service that offers proof of posting and proof of delivery.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged.
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
• Custom or personalized orders
• Digital downloads or e-mailed files.

For international returns from outside the EU, please prominently label the parcel as "RETURNED GOODS." Additionally, you will need to attach a completed CN22 or CN23 form.

Please note that I cannot refund any import duties or taxes paid by you upon receiving the goods in your country. It will be your responsibility to handle the refund process for those charges. I recommend keeping copies of all paperwork and proof of posting for the returned goods to support your application for refunds of import duties and taxes.

CANCELLATION FORM

EU law requires me to provide a cancellation form for you to use before placing an order. Additionally, a similar form will be emailed to you along with the Etsy order confirmation.
You have the option to print and use this form if you wish, but it is not mandatory to do so.

WHEN THE CONTRACT IS FORMED
The binding contract between you and us, signifying our acceptance of your order, occurs when we dispatch the goods to you. Prior to this point, there is no contract in place, which means that neither party has any rights or obligations towards each other until the order is dispatched.

Please note that this shop displays goods for sale and provides information about them. By advertising goods, we are inviting you to place an order. However, placing an order does not automatically obligate us to accept it. The contract between us will only be formed if and when we accept your order.
