1 out of 5 starsNever received this item waiting to here if they will resend my purchase there policy is no. Refund so I guess I’m out my money this is not a very good way to do business.

I don't understand why you're behaving this way. You're buying a digital product and expecting a physical one. Please check the description when purchasing a product. Digital products are non-refundable. This is true all over the world. Then, when there's no refund, you leave negative reviews and slander the seller. Please be careful with your purchases. Slandering the seller and giving low ratings makes me look bad. I state in the descriptions of my digital products that a physical product will not be sent.

Sir, despite our product description stating that there will be no physical shipment and that the product is digital, it's a grave mistake to purchase a digital product and expect it to be shipped. We cannot offer returns on digital products. Therefore, giving a single star to disparage my product is unethical. We are a digital product service provider and fully support our customers in this regard. Your negative and unrealistic comments affect our other customers. Projecting your own mistakes onto us doesn't create a pleasant interaction. Regards.
