Garrett Hand Lettering nació en 2016 de una simple curiosidad por la caligrafía moderna. Mientras practicaba, una amiga vio algunos de mis trabajos y me preguntó si crearía tarjetas de felicitación que pudiera comprar. Esa conversación fue el inicio de Garrett Hand Lettering.
Con el paso de los años, mi estilo creativo ha evolucionado hasta incluir acuarela, dibujos a mano, tipografía, fotografía y diseño digital. Si bien mis técnicas han cambiado, algo permanece inalterable: mi deseo de crear tarjetas que ayuden a las personas a expresar lo que más les importa.
Muchos de los diseños de mi tienda comenzaron como tarjetas para personas importantes en mi vida. Las creé para agradecer a los maestros y líderes de grupos pequeños de la iglesia que se dedicaron a mis hijos, para animar a mis amigos, para consolar a familias en duelo y para celebrar los momentos más felices de la vida. Se inspiraron en personas reales.
Creo que las palabras más significativas en una tarjeta de felicitación son las que escribes tú mismo. Por eso, las tarjetas que diseño tienen un mensaje sencillo en el exterior y están en blanco por dentro, para que puedas expresar tu propio mensaje sincero. Al fin y al cabo, tus palabras son las que tu destinatario atesorará.
Cada tarjeta tiene un diseño original y está impresa en papel de primera calidad.

Garrett Hand Lettering began in 2016 with a simple curiosity about modern calligraphy. As I practiced, a friend saw some of my lettering and asked if I would create greeting cards she could purchase. That conversation became the beginning of Garrett Hand Lettering.
Over the years, my creative style has grown to include touches of watercolor, hand-drawn artwork, typography, photography, and digital design. While my techniques have evolved, one thing has never changed: my desire to create cards that help people express what matters most.
Many of the designs in my shop began as cards for people in my own life. I created them to thank teachers and church small group leaders who invested in my children, to encourage friends, to comfort grieving families, and to celebrate life’s happiest milestones. They were inspired by real people.
I believe the most meaningful words in any greeting card are the ones you write yourself. That’s why the cards I create are simply stated on the outside and left blank inside—to give you the space to share your own heartfelt message. After all, your words are the ones your recipient will treasure most.
Every card is an original design and is printed on premium high quality paper.
