This Privacy Policy describes how and when I collect, use and share information when you purchase a digital product from me, contact me, or otherwise use my services through Etsy.com or its related sites and services.

This Privacy Policy does not apply to the practices of third parties that I do not own or control, including Etsy or Google. You can read the Etsy Privacy Policy and the Google Privacy Policy to learn about their practices.

INFORMATION I COLLECT
To fulfill your order, Etsy provides me with certain information you authorized it to share, such as your name, email address, country, and the details of the product you purchased. If you contact me directly, you may also choose to share additional information (for example, a description of an issue you are having with a template).

My templates run entirely inside your own Google account. Any data you import or enter into a template (such as bank transactions or other personal data) stays in your copy of the file. I have no access to it, and it is never sent to me or to anyone else.

WHY I NEED YOUR INFORMATION AND HOW I USE IT
I rely on the following legal bases to collect, use and share your information:
- As needed to provide my services: to deliver your order, provide customer support and resolve disputes.
- To comply with legal obligations: for example, keeping records of sales as required by tax law.
- For my legitimate interests, where these are not overridden by your rights: to improve my products and to comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
I do not send marketing messages. If I ever offer a newsletter, I will only contact you with your prior express consent, which you can withdraw at any time.

INFORMATION SHARING AND DISCLOSURE
I share your personal information only in these limited cases:
- Etsy: as necessary to provide my services and comply with the Etsy Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
- Service providers: I use Google (Gmail and Google Drive) to receive and answer customer emails. Google processes this information only as needed to provide those services.
- Compliance with laws: when I believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary to respond to legal process or government requests, enforce my terms and policies, prevent fraud or other illegal activity, or protect the rights and safety of my customers or others.
- Business transfers: if I sell or merge my business, only to the extent permitted by law.

DATA RETENTION
I keep your personal information only as long as necessary to provide my services and as described in this Privacy Policy. Sales records may be kept longer to comply with tax and legal obligations. I generally keep your data for 4 years.

TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION OUTSIDE THE EU
I am based in Spain. Some of my service providers (such as Google) may store and process information in the United States and other countries. Where information is transferred outside the EU, I rely on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

YOUR RIGHTS
If you reside in certain territories, including the EU, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access: you may request a copy of the personal information I hold about you.
- Change, restrict, delete: you may ask me to correct, restrict the use of, or delete your personal information. Unless I am required to keep it for legal reasons, I will delete it upon request.
- Object: you may object to processing based on my legitimate interests.
- Complain: if you reside in the EU, you have the right to raise a concern with your local data protection authority (in Spain, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, www.aepd.es).
