WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST?
If tracking shows your package has been delivered but you are not in possession of it you will need to contact your local post office for assistance.
Please provide a safe and secure location for your deliveries. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
WHAT IF MY PURCHASED ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, contact us via Etsy within 24 hours and please provide us a photo of the damage.

WHEN WILL MY ITEM BE SHIPPED?
