Soy artista y profesional del café, y mi inspiración proviene de mi profundo aprecio por el mundo del café de especialidad y de cómo una conversación tomando una taza de café une a las personas. Creo obras que capturan historias, lugares y nostalgia, con un interés artístico especial en las cafeterías y otros "terceros espacios" que propician la interacción social.
Crecí en Albania, en una cultura donde las conversaciones giran en torno a tazas de café turco fuerte. Tras mudarme a Estados Unidos y luego a Canadá, pronto descubrí que la importancia de las conversaciones tomando café era un punto clave de conexión cultural en todos los lugares donde viví y que visité.
Unos años después, mojé un pincel en una taza de café y me puse a pintar. Mi serie actual, que destaca los cafés de Nuevo Brunswick, es un proyecto apasionante que combina mi amor por el arte, la comunidad y el café.

I am an artist and coffee professional drawing inspiration from my deep appreciation of the specialty coffee world and the way chatting over a cup of coffee brings people together. I create pieces that capture stories, places, and nostalgia, with a special artistic interest in coffeeshops and other “third spaces” that bring people together.
I grew up in Albania, in a culture that runs on conversations over cups of strong Turkish coffee. After moving to the United States and then Canada, I quickly found that the importance of conversations over coffee was a striking point of cultural connection across every place I lived and visited.
Fast forward to a few years later, I dipped a paint brush in a cup of coffee and started painting away. My current series highlighting Cafes of New Brunswick is a passion project combining my love for art, community, and coffee.
