星 5 個のうち 3 個This is a gift, and I asked for photos prior to shipping. All I got was the AI image, and then no response. I kept asking and then was told it was already out for shipping. But it wasn't-it took a whole other week for the package to leave "label created" status. I would not recommend using this provider if you want communication and information prior to shipping out unseen. Very disappointed in that-hope that the item is okay once received for Christmas....

星 5 個のうち 1 個This item was not what I ordered - I received only one doll, not a set, despite messaging with the seller to request a set of dolls with one portrait. The quality of the item was poor - the photo was only on the top half of the doll, and the doll barely opened. The seller did not respond to my questions asking for shipping and status updates. I sent two messages. BEFORE I ordered, the seller stated it would arrive before Christmas, but it arrived two days after Christmas. Once I ordered and the seller had my money, the seller disappeared. The seller would not respond to my questions before it shipped asking if it shipped, likely because he did not want to admit it would be late. Afterwards, I messaged about only receiving one doll and have received no response. I highly do not recommend this shop. Spend your money elsewhere.

星 5 個のうち 2 個I have mixed feelings on this item. I ordered three sets for gifts in the wood finish. When I initially opened the package the outer nesting dolls looked so precious, but the wood was splitting at jjthe top on all three, one of them all the way to the face of the picture. I then went to open them up and the outer doll one was nearly impossible to open, again of all three sets. Once I finally got them open I saw that the faces/cartoon images were TRULY adorable and accurate to the proof I was sent. Four dolls were splitting. There was one inner piece that the image printed a little too high on the peg so that the hair was stretched across the top of the peg. There was no tracking code given and communication was not really personalized to my order after I approved the images which was disappointing
