Built for a real business, now available for everyone who works for themselves
Grafta started as the office system I built for an electrical contractor here in the North East of England. They were losing evenings to quotes, chasing invoices and hunting for receipts at tax time. So I made something simple: write a quote on your phone, turn it into a job, then an invoice, and send it by text, WhatsApp or email in a couple of taps with no additional fees.
It worked, so now it's for anyone who works for themselves: trades, cleaners, hairdressers, nail techs, mobile beauty, gardeners, handymen and any other service business.
What makes Grafta different:
• One payment. No subscription, no account, no monthly fee.
• Your records stay on your own phone or computer. Nobody else sees them, including me.
• It works offline, so a bad signal on site doesn't stop you.
• Made in the UK for UK businesses: pounds, UK dates, VAT if you're registered, and reports for your accountant.
There are two versions:
Grafta Lite: quotes, invoices, receipts, customers and expenses.
Grafta: everything in Lite, plus a job diary, expenses/receipt photos, review requests, service reminders and tax-year reports. Started on Lite? Your records move across in two taps.
