Do you do custom orders?

I can do custom orders in most cases. You can contact me with your vision and if it can be done, I will provide you with a quote and a production time frame. (I can make items quickly if the materials are on hand).
Please note that if you contact me asking for something specific, that you will receive a price quote from me, I will not make items for people telling me how much they will pay. It is better to ask me if I can do a more basic version of what you want if you have a strict budget. Otherwise, I price the same as similar items, unless extra detail is required.
Not all custom requests are taken.
Quote expiry is 2 weeks.
If you do not checkout a reserved listing I have made for you within 2 weeks, the listing will be cancelled.

Wholesale availability

I can do many of my items @ wholesale. If you are a retailer, an online seller or a market stall operator, please contact me, I am happy to provide you with my wholesale price list and answer any questions. I can then set up a reserved listing on Etsy to make the payment transaction easy and safe for you.

How quickly do you ship?

I sell elsewhere online, so I am mailing out every WEEKDAY. I send your item within 24 hours. If you purchase before 1pm EST (Sydney Time), I usually have it on its way same day.
Please note that custom orders can take longer as I have to physically produce the item, however most of the time I can make it and send it off quickly, so please don't hesitate to contact me for a quote and a production time frame.
IF YOU REQUIRE AN ITEM FOR AN EVENT I post it quickly, but once it is in the postal system I cannot be held accountable for the time it takes to get to you. Please allow plenty of time before your event & upgrade shipping to raise the chances of it reaching you in time. Express is not always a guarantee of quick arrival.

Gift wrapping and packaging

My items come attractively packaged just for you anyway!
I try to avoid using plastic as much as possible, so you are likely to receive your item in tissue paper and boxed. Some orders are sent in plastic satchels.
I have many tissue paper colours, custom boxes, ecowrap, twine, raffia, gift cards and packaging, but if you are going to pass the item on as a gift and wrap it yourself, please let me know, I will wrap brown paper around the white/brown box so that it can be passed on without postal marks on the box. If you want ME to gift wrap it, please choose the $5 GIFT WRAP option.
I can add a small gift card with a hand written note, when the gift wrap option is selected. Just let me know what your BRIEF message is at the checkout!

I live near you. (Byron Shire, NSW, Australia). Can I pick up?

I am happy to arrange to meet you somewhere nearby so that you can avoid postage at a time that is convenient for both of us. Please contact me to make arrangements. I can change the listing to FREE POSTAGE or create a RESERVED listing so that you can still check out on Etsy and be protected.
PLEASE NOTE that If I am having a busy week, I may not have the time to meet you and you will have to use the post option.

I am not a wholesale client, but I want to buy multiple items. Do I still get a discount?

In cases where a buyer requests several items I am happy to arrange a discount, depending on the amount desired. Just ask me and I am happy to give you an obligation free quote (expires after 2 weeks). If you decide to go ahead, I will make a reserved listing just for you. Please note that some items require less of my labor than others, so there are some items that can be discounted more heavily than others when purchased in bulk.

This item is not what I expected. Can I return it?

You are more than welcome to return the item to receive a refund or exchange. Please note that it must be unworn or unused and in the same condition that it was sent. I allow returns for up to 14 days after the item was received. Buyer is responsible for all postage costs. Please contact me to arrange the return. You can read more about my return policy under the "Policies" tab.

Ive got a few items in my cart and the combined postage is more expensive than I think it should be.

When you purchase multiple items, the postage for those extra items is automatically calculated with the system assuming that the weight has gone over the next postage weight category (over 500g). However a lot of my stuff is quite lightweight and in some cases 2 or 3 items along with the packaging will still fit under 500g! If you make contact prior to purchase, I can weigh the items with the packaging and determine exactly which category the combined weight of your chosen items falls into. Then I can do a reserved listing for you to make an easy checkout, with you being charged the correct amount to cover postage and not any more! All you have to do is send me a message to make it happen.

I need my item sent via express. I need it really soon! Can you do it?

I officially post within 1-2 working days, however in most cases, I post within 24 hours. If you require it sent express, most listings have the option at checkout. If you cant see it, please contact me.
Note that Express post is not always as quick as it advertises. Contact me to get a guess on how long it could take. This is not a guarantee, just a general idea based on previous experience. Items are sent from Byron Bay Australia. Places like the Gold Coast and local areas usually take 1 working day. Brisbane can be 1-2 days, Victoria and Sydney it can take 2-4 days. Items sent to Perth can take 5 days, or longer, even with express. I CAN GET THE ITEM TO THE POST OFFICE QUICKLY, BUT CANNOT CONTROL DELIVERY SPEED AFTER THAT.

Requesting Custom Orders

Not all custom requests will be taken.
If you are serious about a custom order, please realize that you need to be prepared to pay the same price as similarly listed item, or I wont proceed with your request.
I reserve the right to choose not to proceed with some requests, or end ones that I have started for any reason, including:
*A lack of the right materials
*An unrealistic time frame given to me. I can meet most short time frames, but some I cant.
*Being overtly micromanaged by clients. (I want to create what you want, but you have to also respect my artistic vision. That's why you chose me :))
A deposit may be required if I need to order materials that I do not hold.
A RESERVED LISTING expires in 2 weeks & so do prices I've quoted.
