Hola. Soy Jess y esta es mi tienda. Hace unos 3 años y medio, dejé mi vida normal en las montañas para embarcarme en un viaje de recuperación personal. Ese viaje comenzó en Hawái y me ha llevado por todo el país. ¡Conocí a un guacamayo militar en ese camino y ahora se une a mí en mis aventuras! Me encanta escuchar a Phish, estar en la naturaleza y crear arte con las cosas que encuentro. Mi enfoque se centra en despertar al verdadero poder de uno mismo y generar conciencia sobre la salud mental. He estado navegando por mi camino a través del TDAH no diagnosticado, el TEPT complejo, la ansiedad y la depresión y la adicción. El arte ha sido una forma útil de expresarme. Gracias por ser testigo de mi viaje para despertar mi corazón.
Hi there. I'm Jess and this is my shop. About 3 1/2 years ago, I left my normal life in the mountains, to embark on a journey of self recovery. That journey started in Hawaii and has led me all over the country. I met a Military Macaw along that path and now he joins me along my adventures! I love listening to Phish, being in nature, and creating art with the things I find. My focus is around awakening to ones own true power, and to bring awareness to mental health. I've been navigating my way though undiagnosed ADHD, C-PTSD, Anxiety and Depression, and Addiction. Art has been a helpful way to express myself. Thank you for being a witness to me on this journey of reawakening my heART.
