¡Hola! HEartStudioCo son las siglas de Hannah Evangelista Art Studio Company. Fundado en la esquina de mi habitación, mi estudio nació del deseo de compartir mensajes positivos, amabilidad y aliento a través de algo que amo y me apasiona: el arte. Comencé con los diarios porque el diario siempre ha sido una salida para que me entienda a mí mismo y a todos mis sentimientos un poco mejor. También ha sido mi forma de expresar lo que estoy agradecido, hacer un seguimiento de cuánto he crecido, comprender mis pensamientos, ver cómo Dios ha estado trabajando en mi vida e incluso encontrar consuelo en un espacio seguro. Mi esperanza es que mis diarios proporcionen un espacio seguro para que las personas reflexionen promoviendo el autocuidado, el amor propio y una mejor salud mental, especialmente durante este tiempo tumultuoso. Que las cosas que creo irradien luz y te ayuden a sentir que puedes mover montañas. Porque al final, sin luz, no hay color. "La luz brilla en la oscuridad, y la oscuridad no la ha vencido". Hi friend! HEartStudioCo stands for Hannah Evangelista Art Studio Company. Founded in the corner of my room, my studio was born out of the desire to share positive messages, kindness, and encouragement through something I love and am passionate about--art. I started with journals because journaling has always been an outlet for me to understand myself and all my feels a little better. It's also been my way of expressing what I'm grateful for, tracking how much I've grown, understanding my thoughts, seeing how God has been working in my life, and even finding comfort in a safe space. My hope is that my journals provide a safe space for people to reflect promoting self-care, self-love, and better mental health especially during this tumultuous time. May the things I create radiate in light and help you feel like you can move mountains.
