WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?

'Ready to ship" & "made-to-order" pieces in the same order will SHIP TOGETHER after your full order is completed.

We follow government laws and state TRUE RETAIL PRICE on packages. Buyer is responsible for knowing their laws and duties. Shipping cost for packages returned because of unpaid duties will not be refunded. Subsequent shipping cost required for replacement.

Average delivery time is 2 weeks..

Delays are most often due to an influx of imported items into countries causing a backlog at Customs. If packages are delayed our insurance company requires 6 weeks from shipping date for claims. Replacements are made and sent, or refunded, after 6 week grace period. Replacements are given top priority, shipped immediately afterwards.

DO YOU OFFER TRACKING?

Yes. Please understand we cannot be responsible for postal delays as they are out of our control. In the UNLIKELY event your package is lost by the postal system we will replace it and ship via the original shipping method, not expedited at our expense. We apologize in advance for any RARE but POSSIBLE delays caused by the USPS. They do happen on occasion.

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER TRACKING STATES 'DELIVERED' BUT I DON'T HAVE IT?

Please notify your local post office immediately. CALL YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE and inquire with your tracking number. It is likely your postal carrier will know where it was placed. The faster contact is made with them the more likely they are to find it.

We cannot be responsible for errors by your local postal carriers, so please contact them promptly for their best service.

DO YOU OFFER EXPEDITED SHIPPING?

We are unable to offer expedited shipping like second day or over night delivery.

DO YOU OFFER A RUSH SERVICE?

Yes, on most occasions we can offer you our 10 day completion for $12 per item. This does not include shipping time, only our completion time. Please note we may not always be able to offer RUSH service due to our workload. Decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Please inquire. This fee is non-refundable even if item is returned, or if postal service causes unforeseen delays.

Rings, earrings, necklaces, bangles, cuffs, and some leather wrap bracelets will be tucked inside a drawstring organza gift bag inside a foam filled kraft jewelry GIFT BOX. Silk wrap bracelets and some leather wrap bracelets will be sent on their own display gift card with instructions on the back and do not fit inside gift boxes.

Yes, if you do not require a return or exchange post purchase. FREE shipping for orders over $35. RETURNS and EXCHANGES will incur reimbursement of our original shipping and insurance cost of $6 if order under $299, over $300 is $8, over $400 is $12. You receive FREE shipping ONLY if you keep your order.
