At Harthril Highlights, every T-Shirt and mug is custom-printed on demand as soon as you place an order. Because these items are made-to-order and we do not hold standing inventory, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for sizing issues or changes of heart. To ensure the perfect fit, please be sure to double-check the detailed sizing charts included in the photo gallery of all our apparel listings before checking out!
What if my item arrives damaged or defective?
We want you to be absolutely thrilled with your purchase! If your mug arrives chipped or your shirt has a manufacturing defect or printing error, please reach out via Etsy Messages within 25 days of delivery.
