HermesGrid Studio Shop Policy
Welcome to HermesGrid Studio. Thank you for visiting and supporting my shop. Every product is designed with care to help you stay organized, creative, and productive.
Digital Products
All items in this shop are digital downloads only. No physical product will be shipped. After purchase, your files will be available through your Etsy account under Purchases and Reviews.
Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges
Because digital products are delivered instantly, all sales are final. I do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after purchase.
However, your satisfaction matters. If you have trouble downloading, opening, or using your file, please message me through Etsy and I will gladly help.
Personal Use License
All products are for personal use only unless the listing clearly states otherwise. You may use the files for your own planning, business organization, personal projects, or creative use.
You may not resell, copy, share, redistribute, upload, edit for resale, or claim any HermesGrid Studio product as your own.
File Access and Compatibility
Please read each listing carefully before purchasing. Product descriptions will explain what type of files are included, such as PDF, PNG, JPG, Canva template links, spreadsheets, planners, or other digital formats.
Customers are responsible for having the correct app, software, or account needed to open and use the files.
Download Help
If your files do not download correctly, please contact me through Etsy messages. I will help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
