Due to the COVID-19 outbreak and since I (Raquel), the owner and creator of this shop, have an autoimmune disease, I’m at high risk of catching it and can’t go to the post offices or work as much as I wanted to. So, I decided to close this shop for an indefinite amount of time. However, you can still send me messages with the items you want to and if I have them in stock or I can make them, I’ll open the shop for you to order and send them to you, as soon as I can. Like always, our items will be sanitised and safe for babies and children. :)

. Payment must be done within 3 days of your purchase, if you're having trouble making the payment please contact us directly; if the payment is not complete within this timeline, the purchase may be cancelled.

Shipping
. All items are handmade and our stocks are very low, so it takes up to 7 business days to produce and ship the item.

. Delivery timings:
EUROPE - 5 working days after shipping*
EUA- 5 to 11 working days after shipping*
OTHERS- 5 to 15 working days after shipping*

. Any customs fees are the responsability of the buyer. If you decide not to pay for custom fees, the order will be returned to Hey Billie's offices and no refunds will take place.
