3 out of 5 starsMissing screws. Box was ripped open, taped up. Not teak wood. Wood stained. Didn’t quite fit correctly.

4 out of 5 starsVery good service from TannersBench. Email response always within 48 hours. Questions were answered promptly. Delivery was well within the stated time window. Unfortunately, the garment fell short in terms of the visual representation, product description and my expectation. As a new business with Etsy, TannersBench is keen to develop and I wish them well. TannersBench is to be commended on swift, full reimbursement, without imposing any return costs. I'm grateful to them for their dedicated service.

3 out of 5 starsThe buttons arrived poorly made, not the ones in the photo. They were completely dirty, hairy, and sloppy because they were shipped in flimsy packaging. The black fabric buttons were unsightly. The shipment arrived late with no communication from the delivery company. Thanks to the very kind seller, I learned about the item being held at the collection point. It will cost me to wash, iron, and replace the buttons. It's the first and last time. Thanks anyway.

1 out of 5 starsThis shower bench was described as BLACK in color, shown as BLACK in color in the photos on the shop page, and it was just what I was looking for. I got it fast, and I got it for 230.00….1/2 price ….and was shocked to see what 230.00 bought. The quality was just okay, I would have to assemble it, and I thought that the finish looked cheap. Very glossy, and the worst part was that it was GRAY in color and not BLACK as I thought I was getting. I didn’t even bother to put it together, but boxed it right back up and contacted the seller for a return and full refund. I had to negotiate with the seller for a few days, but finally got a full refund and I shipped the item back. So, I am very happy with this seller. I urged him to post a different description and update the color to GRAY. Otherwise, this will happen again.
