Hope Harbor Therapy Tools began with the kinds of resources I was already creating in my therapy office.
I am a licensed professional counselor with over 15 years of experience as both a school counselor and LPC. Much of my work has focused on helping adults understand anxiety, regulate intense emotions, process trauma, and build coping skills that carry over into everyday life.
Over the years, I found myself creating simple, structured printables for sessions; tools that were clinically grounded but easy to understand. Something clear. Something steady. Something clients could take with them and return to when things felt overwhelming.
This shop grew out of that work.
The tools here are informed by evidence-based approaches, including:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT-informed skills)
• EMDR principles
• Nervous system and trauma-informed frameworks
Everything is written in clear, accessible language and designed to serve two purposes:
• To stand alone for self-guided adults working on emotional growth
• To support therapists and clinicians with structured, ready-to-use psychoeducation tools for adult clients
You do not need to be in therapy to benefit from these resources. And if you are a clinician, you are welcome to integrate them into your work within your professional scope of practice.
These are not trendy worksheets or quick downloads. They are structured tools designed to bring clarity to emotional patterns, offer practical skills, and support thoughtful reflection over time.
