We have some very cool new items coming to the store this year so keep an eye out! Also, please, if your item has been shipped and there are delivery issues please reach out to the mail carrier first to try and resolve the issue as we have no control over packages once they are handed off to the postal service and are on the way working its way through the mail system to you. They have much more power than we do at helping you track down your package and/or resolving any delivery issues that you may be having. If after working with the carrier you are still having issues getting your package then please contact us after you have exhausted all efforts with them and we WILL help. Please do not leave us a negative review for an item that has postal delays or delivery issues as we have absolutely zero control over this. Those negative reviews because of mail system issues that we have no control over negatively impact us Etsy sellers that work hard to run our small businesses. Try and resolve the issue with the postal service first, and then if that fails please get in touch with us and we will help fix the problem. If you absolutely feel compelled to leave a negative review because of mail carrier issues then please do so on the mail carriers website as that is who the issue is with and who should be held accountable for their mistake.
