On May 25, 2018, the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data comes into force.

The Privacy Policy defines how the customer's personal data and privacy is processed and protected after a customer makes a purchase from the IManStudios shop.

Familiarizing yourself with the Privacy Policy provided below enables the client to understand what kind of personal data is collected, for what purpose it is collected, how it is used and to whom it can be shared, as well, as what rights the customer has in the scope of personal data protection and how they can use those rights.

By shopping IManStudios, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with the following rules:

By shopping on Etsy, you have authorized IManStudios to receive your name, e-mail address, type of payment and shipping address. You may also choose to provide me with additional personal information if you contact me directly.

2. How I use this information and why I need it
I use your personal information to provide customer support and provide services related to your order and as necessary to improve my shop and in compliance with Etsy's Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
Your information may also be used to settle payment disputes, shipping time or disputes within Etsy. If necessary, your information can be used in compliance with legal obligations such as a court order, legal claim, lawsuit, and tax law.

3. Information Sharing and Disclosure.
Although limited, there are instances where I may share your information. See below for reasons and circumstances in which your personal information might be shared:
a) Your information may be shared with Etsy in compliance with Seller Policy and Terms of Use.
b) If you require a plagiarism report with your order, your name, store or website, and email address will be shared with a third-party provider to process this request.
c) In accordance with the law, I may retain and share your information if I am required to respond to legal proceedings or government requests or report fraud or other illegal activity.
d) Service providers. I engage certain trusted third parties to perform functions and provide services to my shop, such as delivery companies. I will share your personal information with these third parties, but only to the extent necessary to perform these services.

4. Data Retention
Your personal information is used by me for only as long as necessary to complete your order. However, under legal and regulatory obligations, your information is stored for up to 5 years.

- The right to be informed and to receive a copy of the information I have on file.
- The right to rectify or change your information on file.
- The right to request your information be permanently erased or removed from our files.
- The right to restrict my use of your information.
- The right to object to data portability.
- The right to report concerns to your local data protection agency.

6. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to update or change our Privacy Policy at any time, provided we remain compliant with governing law. Your continued use of our store after we post any modifications to the Privacy Policy on this page will constitute your acknowledgement of the modifications and your consent to abide and be bound by the modified Privacy Policy.
