Production Time & Shipping Delays

Our processing (production) time is 1–3 business days and is shown on each listing. This is the time needed to prepare your order before shipment. Carrier transit times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, UPS, FedEx, weather, holidays, or carrier disruptions once a package has been scanned into the carrier’s system. Orders are considered shipped when tracking confirms carrier acceptance.

Custom & Personalized Orders (Final Sale)

All custom and personalized items are made to order and are final sale once production begins. No returns, refunds, or cancellations are accepted. Buyers are responsible for submitting accurate personalization details at checkout.

If a proof is requested, it will be sent via Etsy messages and must be reviewed promptly. If no response is received within 3 business days, the proof is approved by default and production will proceed using the order details provided. Orders cannot be held due to unanswered messages.

Once production begins, the design is final. No changes, refunds, or replacements will be offered for proof-related errors or preferences. Any reprints or changes requested after production are at the customer’s expense.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item, all packaging materials, and the original shipping box. To receive a refund or replacement, the entire order must be returned for inspection and insurance documentation, including the item, all original packaging, and the shipping box. For verified damage, a prepaid return label will be provided. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued without full physical return of the complete shipment.

Lost Packages

If your package shows no delivery scan and appears lost or stalled in transit, please allow 7 business days from the last tracking update. We will open a carrier investigation on your behalf. Once the carrier officially declares the package lost, we will issue either a replacement or a refund based on your preference and stock availability. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier but will fully assist with the claim process.

Stolen or Marked Delivered Packages

If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate your package, it is considered potential theft after delivery. Please check with neighbors, household members, and your local post office for GPS confirmation. A police or carrier theft report may be required. Packages marked as delivered are not automatically eligible for refund or replacement. Customers are responsible for providing a secure delivery location.

Returns for Eligible Items

Returns for buyer’s remorse are accepted only for non-custom, non-personalized items within the return window listed. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned in original packaging. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Custom or personalized items are not eligible for return or exchange for buyer’s remorse.

Cancellations

Order cancellations are accepted within 1 hour of purchase only and only if production has not begun. After 1 hour, orders cannot be canceled as materials may already be in use or customization may be underway. Custom or personalized orders cannot be canceled once production has started. Please contact us immediately if you need to request a cancellation.

Color & Material Variation

Colors may vary slightly due to individual screen settings, lighting, and device differences. Natural materials and handmade finishes may show unique variations in grain, texture, tone, or pattern. These natural characteristics and minor color differences are normal and are not considered defects or damage.

Reshipment Policy

Replacements are issued only after claim approval under our Damage or Lost Package policies. Only one free replacement is provided per order. Replacement orders follow the same production and processing timelines as the original order. Refunds and replacements cannot both be issued for the same order.

Acceptance of Shop Policies

By placing an order, the buyer agrees to all shop policies listed at the time of purchase. These policies apply to all orders and supersede any verbal or written communication outside of Etsy messages.
