Is this an original handmade painting?
Yes, all artworks are originally created by me. Acrylic paintings are fully hand-painted. Digital Painting and Canvas prints are my original creation made using Photoshop and Clip Studio Paint. No items are mass-produced.
Do you offer custom or personalized artwork?
Yes, I accept custom orders. You can message me with your size, color preferences, or reference images before placing an order.
How long does it take to create and ship the artwork?
Creation time usually takes 2–15 days, depending on the size and details. Once completed, the artwork is carefully packed and shipped with tracking provided.
Will I see the artwork before it’s shipped?
Yes. I’ll share progress photos and videos, and a final image will be sent for approval before varnishing and shipping.
What if the artwork arrives damaged or I need help after delivery?
If your artwork arrives damaged or you have any issues, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery, and I’ll be happy to help resolve it.
