What is a Digital Download
A digital download is a product that you can purchase and instantly download to your computer or device, without the need for shipping. You will receive a zip file with pdf's in various sizes. Since no physical item is shipped, digital downloads are a convenient, cost-effective, and eco-friendly way to get the items you need.
Can I ask for a change or customization?
Yes! I would be more than happy to make any change you need including colors, wording, or whatever you need. Just please make sure you let me know BEFORE purchasing, as you receive the digital download directly after purchasing and therefore are non-refundable.
What is your return policy?
Due to the digital nature of my products, all sales are final, and I do not offer returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order before purchasing to ensure it meets your needs.
