Custom and personalized orders
Our Standard Playmats come in a default size of 24" x 14". If you have specific size requirements, feel free to reach out to us, and we'll do our best to accommodate your needs.

Absolutely! We take pride in ensuring your items are well-protected during shipping. Posters, Playmats, and mousepads are printed at the highest quality and then carefully packaged in sturdy poster tubing to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. While we don't offer gift wrapping, our packaging is designed to make your order feel like a special gift when it arrives.
What is your processing time and shipping information?
Our processing time typically ranges from 7 to 10 business days, and we ship orders via UPS. Shipping times vary based on your location, but you can expect an estimated delivery time of 14 days for domestic orders and 14-25 days for international orders. Please note that delivery times may be subject to occasional delays, so keep an eye on your tracking information for the most up-to-date details.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We want you to be delighted with your purchase. If you have any issues with your order, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving it. We'll be happy to assist with returns, exchanges, or resolving any problems. However if the item is custom including Standard Playmats we may not be able to refund due to the production cost.
