This wonderful seller was so kind to replace my order of this lovely casserole. The first one was packaged extremely well for shipping, but somewhere between England and Texas USA someone treated it carelessly and broke it. It arrived on time. but one side of the box was caved in due to rough handling and the bowl and it's cover shattered into tiny shards in amongst all the padding and bubble wrap. The shop owner insisted on sending me another at no charge. Thank you, sweet lady. I most highly recommend this fine shop, and urge all shoppers to give a look and a try.
