Great item for the holidays

I would like to tell people who look at your Etsy store how you went above and beyond for me, when the US Post office lost my initial order for several weeks. The first wreath arrived dried out, with the spruce branches shedding, and the structure of the wreath squashed by the box. I tried to bend it back into shape, but it was not a quality product. I had written to JuneBloom about the delay, but I did not expect them to send me a new wreath. This one was beautiful, fresh, fragrant and looks great on my door. Thank you for customer service that is above and beyond--for making it right even though I did not expect a replacement.

I like the wreath. It’s dainty and a great all winter wreath. The picture is quite different from what I received but I understand it’s handmade. A little smaller than expected but it’s my fault for not getting out the ruler.

The wreath is very pretty and it’s just the right size I am looking for.
