Karitela (que significa "carro", "vagón", "carreta gitana local") es una extensión de nuestro equipo de producción principal, Kaingud Arts and Crafts. Elaboramos artesanías e ilustraciones a mano. En Karitela, encontrará una colección de joyas elaboradas con diversos materiales ancestrales filipinos, como latón, perlas, amuletos como el lingling-o, medallones Agimat variados, campanas Tboli y gongs.

Todas las piezas están hechas a mano en nuestra pequeña tienda llamada "Ka Likha" (co-crear) aquí en El Nido, Palawan.

Nuestras creaciones están en su mayoría inspiradas e influenciadas por nuestra cultura, nuestras creencias en la naturaleza y los espíritus ancestrales, para elevar y apoyar nuestra propia artesanía indígena, así como una expresión de nuestro arte e ideas.

*ENVÍO*
Envío procedente de una isla de Filipinas, esta es una de las preguntas más frecuentes que encontré.

-¿Cuánto tiempo tardará en llegarme mi paquete?-
Nacional: Aproximadamente de 3 a 10 días (proporcione un número de teléfono móvil local para el servicio de mensajería)
Internacional: Al menos 6-10 semanas
Los paquetes internacionales se envían por correo postal y cuentan con un número de seguimiento. Sin embargo, al provenir de la oficina postal de El Nido, Palawan, suelen tardar mucho más que los que se envían desde la ciudad. No utilizo envíos exprés, ya que son muy caros desde mi zona y el tiempo de espera es casi el mismo que el del envío regular.
Aparte de esto, debido a que proviene de un pequeño pueblo en una isla separada de Filipinas, generalmente demora un tiempo procesarlo y llegar a su área.
Y lo más importante, el envío también puede tardar mucho más dependiendo de la época del año, especialmente si está cerca de las festividades (Navidad, Año Nuevo, Año Nuevo chino, otras festividades internacionales especiales).

¡IMPORTANTE! * ENVÍENOS UN MENSAJE O NO COMPRE SI ESPERA UN ENVÍO EXPRÉS. EL ENVÍO NORMAL DESDE FILIPINAS AL EXTRANJERO TARDA AL MENOS DE 6 A 8 SEMANAS.
SÍ, si no eres filipino y esto te molesta, ¡NO continúes con tu compra!

-¿Qué pasa si el número de seguimiento no funciona?
Si tu número de seguimiento no funciona o tiene errores, es posible que el mensajero aún no haya recogido tu envío (en tu país) o que el mensajero no lo haya escaneado como recibido.

Si aún no ha llegado después del plazo indicado anteriormente, póngase en contacto conmigo para que podamos resolver el problema juntos.
Por favor, comprenda que si falta un artículo, también es una pérdida para una pequeña empresa como la nuestra.

Karitela meaning (cart, wagon, lokal gypsy wagon) is an extension of our main production team Kaingud Arts and Crafts. We make handmade crafts and illustrations. Here in Karitela, you will find a collection of jewelries that we have made using a variety of Filipino ancestral materials in jewelry making such as brass, pearls, amulets like the lingling-o, assorted Agimat medallions, Tboli bells and gongs.

All the pieces are hand crafted in our little shop called "Ka Likha" (co-create) here in El Nido, Palawan.

-FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS-

*SHIPPING*
Shipping coming from an island in the Philippines, this is one of the most frequent question I encountered.

-How long will my package take to get to me?-
Domestic: About 3-10 days (Please provide local mobile number for the courier)
International: At least 6-10 weeks
International packages are sent through postal service and comes with a tracking number. However, due to coming from El Nido, Palawan postal office, it usually takes much longer than those released from the city. I don’t do express shipping as it is really expensive coming from my area and just almost the same length of time to wait with the regular shipping to arrive.
Aside from this, because it’s coming from a small town in a separate island in the Philippines, it usually takes a while to process and arrive in your area.
And most importantly, shipping can also be much longer depending on the time of year specifically if it’s near the holidays (Christmas, New Year, Chinese New Year, other special international holidays).

IMPORTANT! * PLEASE SEND US A MESSAGE OR DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU ARE EXPECTING AN EXPRESS SHIPPING SCHEDULE. NORMAL SHIPPING FROM PHILIPPINES GOING ABROAD TAKES AT LEAST 6 to 8 WEEKS TO ARRIVE.

-What happens if tracking number doesn't work?
If your tracking number doesn't work or has errors, it could be that your shipping hasn't been picked up yet by the courier (in your country) or the courier has not scanned it as received.

If it still has not arrive after the time frame above, please contact me so we can solve the problem together.
Please do understand that if an item gone missing, it is also a loss for a small business such us ours.
