The pages are calming, flexible, and don’t demand more energy than I have. The symptom logs and medical sections have already helped me feel more prepared for appointments and less chaotic day-to-day. There’s no guilt or pressure built into it, just practical support from someone who clearly understands this life. If you’re a spoonie or caregiver, I truly recommend it.

Every page feels supportive, flexible, and actually doable on low-spoon days. I appreciate the symptom logs, medication pages, and how easy it is to track appointments without information getting lost. I finally have a planner that works with my brain and my body instead of against them. Highly recommend to any spoonie, caregiver, or medically complex family.
