Overall, I am very happy with both service and product. Andrew put together a lovely keyboard according to my specifications, and was very upfront about caveats. Where there were choices to be made, I received video examples or images. After the keyboard was built, I was sent videos showcasing the sound and feel. I live in Norway, so the exchange rate was less than favourable, and shipping ended up hurting a little, and there were some toll fees to think about. However, Andrew accommodated as much as he was able. Reccommended for a safe and comfortable purchase.
