Kissamo's acrylic tags will not rust like metal tags nor rip like silicon tags. All Kissamo tags are designed for normal wear and play but please note they are not indestructible.

For safety reasons I don't make chew-proof tags as metal tags can chip teeth (ouch). Fastening the tag to the back of a harness is a great way to prevent chewing especially for puppies.

All our items come gift wrapped and I also offer handwritten personal notes. At checkout please check the box 'This order is a gift' and include your message in the Note to Seller. I’ll then wrap it with your personalized handwritten note. Yeah!

Note: Orders containing multiple items will be gift wrapped in one single package. If you would like each wrapped separately, please let me know and I will happy wrap them separately for you.

🌿 To reduce paper waste, your receipt will be emailed to you via Etsy and will not be included in your package unless requested.

Lost or delayed mail can be frustrating. If your order has not arrived by the estimated delivery time, please message me. Many things can influence mail speeds (weather, holidays, etc) but I'll do my utmost to find a solution.

Shipping is approximately 3-11 business days within North America. Please message me if you're interested in shipping outside of North America.

Please note that shipping times can vary especially with weather and custom delays and around major holidays.

Made a mistake? It happens. If you need to change your engraving, size or shipping details, contact me as soon as possible and let me know. I'll update your order at no extra charge if it has not been made yet.

Please note any changes made after your personalized order has started may incur a small additional fee for the extra material.

To ensure greater visibility, engravings are color-filled with waterproof paint (typically in a contrasting color like black or white). The exception being mirrored and translucent pet tags where this is not necessary.

On the back of each tag, text is centered as default and engraved in a clean, simple font. Please reach out if you have any questions and feel free to use the box at check-out to add any instructions.

Depending on the size and shape of the pet tag, additional characters are often possible. If you need extra text please drop us a "note to seller" at check-out and we'll work our magic to accommodate. If we can't then we'll reach out before engraving to find an alternative.

Non-english characters can also be engraved. Include your request in the personalization field for each tag or as a note at check-out.

Kissamo remains tariff-free for the US as our products are made in Canada and fall under the US Mexico Canada free-trade agreement (USMCA). Please check the latest news ahead of time in case this changes.

For all countries, if and when tariffs, duties and import taxes may be issued, these fees are the responsibility of buyers and not included in the purchase or shipping price as they are levied by the buyer's country. Refunds will not be accepted for unclaimed shipments due to unpaid custom and tariff fees.
