Good product and customer service.

Organizer arrived a lot faster than advertised. I had a couple of questions, and I received useful answers quickly. The product does the job. I would suggest small tabs on the hard drive slots similar to the ones on the cable slots would be a nice improvement.

Nothing fancy but very useful for people like me who frequently or always have one or two Samsung SSDs lying around. The desk instantly looks more tidy. I have yet to see if overheating may be an issue.
