What materials do you use?
Woven labels & woven patches : Our normal woven labels are made of 100% Polyester. Special material is Satin.
Printing clothing labels : Our clothing labels are made of 100% Cotton, Satin, Nylon, tyvek etc.
Leather patches : PU leather, genuine leather, suede leather, microfiber etc.
Embroidered patches & printed patches : Polyester twill fabric, felt fabric, 100% Polyester thread
Hang tags : Paper cards, wood, leather, PVC, cotton fabric. If you would like to find the special tags, you could contact with us.
Heat transfer labels : Normal tagless labels are made of plastisol, we could make the silicone, glitter, PU film, reflective etc.
Sticker : cheapest sticker are made of paper. Better quality stickers are made of PVC, 3m backing

What is the Order Process?
We provide the free digital proof.
Normal products (not including the embroidery patches, printed patch, flight key chain) :
Step1.
Customer send the products name, logo design, size and quantity.
Step2.
We will quotation for customer in 24 hours. Telling the produce time. shipping time. Make free digital proof , And confirm the details with customer.
Step3.
Customer agree the details, price, time.
Step4.
We will make the order payment list for customer. And customer make the order. We will shipping products many days later.
But embroidery patches, printed patch, flight key chain is not same with it.
We will make a sample in 5 days after customer make the order. Then we will produce all products after custom confirmed the samples.
How about the quality of the iron on backing
Our embroidery patches, woven patches, printed patches, woven labels, leather patches could make the iron on backing.
Actually, iron on backing material is EVA Hot Glue. It is use the high temperature (140℃/284℉) thaw it. It is Physical reaction. So it is non-poisonous.
How to iron on the patches?

2. Heat press 10s on front side, then press 14s on backing side
If it is not strong for you, you could press more longer.

How to iron on the leather patches?
1. Temperature (140℃/284℉)

How many kinds adhesive backing labels or patches ?
Many clients confuse of the iron on and adhesive.
There are two kinds adhesive backing
1. Iron on backing . It is use the 140℃ to iron on the clothing. It is washable.
You could use the Household electric iron to do. Or you could use the heat press machine to do.
2. Adhesive sticking backing. It can't wash.
