Care instructions
• Our jewelry is made with polymer clay. Do not test the strength of jewelry - especially not drop, sit on them, don't eat :)
• Our jewelry is water-resistant, but not waterproof, so we recommend to avoid direct contact with water (like swimming or bathing)
• You can clean the jewelry with a soft damp cloth when necessary.
• If you treat the jewelry with care, it will please you a long time.
Packaging options
• Your order will come in safe cardboard box, inside of which there is one more gift box made of wood and bamboo.
• When the parcel is sent by DHL express packaging tries to be as light and small as possible.

• All packages are sent via International registered airmail from Ukraine regular postal service UkrPoshta or express delivery with DHL express, depending on which delivery method you choose.
• Tracking number, delivery confirmation and insurance are included.
• Signature is required upon delivery.
Can I change the shipping address?
• We send order to Etsy shipping address and not the PayPal one. Please, make sure it's correct!
• You can change shipping address after purchase if your order has not been shipped. Please, notify us with the correct address as soon as possible.

Unclaimed Packages
• If your package was returned to us as unclaimed we'll contact you for further information on delivery or canceling an order.
• Redelivery will cost $10 or $35 if you choose express delivery.
Lost Packages
• Package is considered as lost if it doesn't come within 40 days from posting date and tracking does not work.
• We will fill in the claim about the lost on our own.
• While the claim is being proceeded, we would resend the same items to you or refund the full amount of order - you choose the best option for you.
