Frequently asked questions
Can I cancel a digital download?
Changed your mind? Message us within 14 days of your order and we'll refund you in full, even if you've already downloaded the files. If a file is faulty or doesn't match this listing, tell us and we'll fix it or refund you. Your statutory rights are not affected.
Is this a photograph or a painting?
Each image is generated with AI from our own written prompts, then screened and curated by us. It is not a photograph, and it is not hand-painted.
What can I do with the files?
Personal use and display in your own home or business premises. You may print it for your own use. You may not resell, redistribute or share the files, or use them on products for sale or in commercial reproduction. You may not use the files, or anything made from them, to train or fine-tune an AI model or to build a dataset. Non-exclusive: similar AI-generated images may exist elsewhere, and we don't promise the image is unique.
