As soon as she assured me they could get my order on time, I paid and she sent me a sample photo within a day. I approved it. Items were made and shipped quickly. I got them well within the time frame I was needing. Her response time was great. She’s very sweet and even sent a gift for my 4 year old who wears her bracelet everyday!
