Tutto è iniziato con un singolo, liso Kilim drappeggiato sul pavimento di mia nonna. Quel tappeto è sopravvissuto a tre traslochi, due generazioni di figli e decenni di pranzi domenicali. In quel momento ho capito che un tappeto davvero bello, alla fine, diventa parte del DNA di una famiglia.
Il nostro studio è nato da una profonda ammirazione per le cose che durano nel tempo. Ho trascorso anni vagando tra vivaci mercati tessili e silenziosi e polverosi laboratori di tessitura. Ho imparato che la bellezza di un tappeto risiede nella tensione del telaio. Il modo in cui le tinture naturali si ammorbidiscono nel tempo racconta una storia che nessuna macchina può imitare.
Ho visto come una stanza, per quanto fredda, ritrovasse immediatamente la sua anima una volta aperta. Ho creato questo negozio per colmare il divario tra arte antica e vita moderna. Ogni pezzo che seleziono viene scelto con una rigorosa mentalità "centenaria". Cerchiamo la lana che mantenga la sua morbidezza anche dopo un intero decennio.

It started with a single, threadbare Kilim draped over my grandmother’s floor. That rug survived three moves, two generations of children, and decades of Sunday dinners. I realized then that a truly great rug eventually becomes part of a family’s DNA.
Our studio was born from a deep appreciation for things that endure. I spent years wandering through vibrant textile markets and quiet, dusty weaving workshops. I learned that a rug’s beauty lives in the tension of the loom. The way natural dyes soften over time tells a story no machine can mimic.
I saw how a room—no matter how cold—instantly found its soul once unrolled. I created this shop to bridge the gap between ancient art and modern living. Every piece I curate is chosen with a strict "hundred-year" mindset in place. We look for the wool that stays plush even after a full decade.
