En 2017, descubrí las letras a mano y la caligrafía, y pensé: "¿por qué no?" Le di una oportunidad y me enamoré de las letras y frases significativas. Disfruté las noches de practicar letras cuando debería haber estado estudiando, y finalmente encontré mi propio estilo.
Siempre quise vender mi trabajo, pero nunca pensé que fuera algo que alguna vez haría. Había demasiadas incógnitas. ¿Cómo se inicia una pequeña empresa? ¿O cómo se envían las cosas? ¿O tengo que preocuparme por los impuestos? Y, por supuesto, ¿qué pasa si fallo? Pero durante el último año más o menos, he sentido un empujón para ir a por ello. Solo haz la cosa. Aprendí que no todo tiene que ser perfecto, y que nunca abriría esta tienda si no diera un paso a la vez. ¡Así que fui a por ello y ahora estamos aquí! Espero que estos diseños agreguen más: más a tu vida, más a tu día, más a la ocasión, o lo que sea.
Además de trabajar en LetterMore, paso mucho tiempo en mi trabajo de tiempo completo como ingeniero civil. Y cuando no estoy trabajando en el diseño de carreteras o letras bonitas, puedes encontrarme acurrucándome con mi gato, Tiger o en la cocina cocinando algo al azar.

Back in 2017, I discovered hand lettering and calligraphy, and I thought, "why not?" I gave it a shot and fell in love with lettering meaningful words and phrases. I enjoyed the late nights of practicing lettering when I should have been studying, and I eventually found my own style.
I always wanted to sell my work, but I never thought that was something I would ever do. There were WAY too many unknowns. Like how do you start a small business? Or how do you ship stuff? Or do I have to worry about taxes? And, of course, what if I fail? But over the past year or so, I've felt a nudging to just go for it. Just do the thing. I learned that not everything has to be perfect, and that I'd never open this shop if I didn't take one step at a time. So I went for it and now we're here! I hope these designs add more: more to your life, more to your day, more to the occasion, or whatever it may be.
Aside from working on LetterMore, I spend a lot of time at my full time job as a civil engineer. And when I'm not working on designing roads or pretty letters, you can find me cuddling with my cat, Tiger or in the kitchen cooking up something random.
