Privacy Policy — LEXRO

Last Updated: September 16, 2026

At LEXRO, we respect your privacy and are committed to handling customer information responsibly. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information may be received, used, stored, and shared when you purchase a digital product from our Etsy shop, contact us through Etsy, or otherwise interact with LEXRO.

LEXRO operates through Etsy and follows applicable Etsy policies and applicable privacy, consumer protection, tax, and legal requirements.

1. INFORMATION WE RECEIVE

When you purchase a product from LEXRO or contact us through Etsy, we may receive certain information made available in connection with your transaction or communication.

This may include:

• Your name
• Your Etsy account information made available to sellers
• Your order and transaction details
• Information about the digital products you purchased
• Messages and communications you send through Etsy Messages
• Information you voluntarily provide when requesting assistance
• Other information reasonably necessary to process or support your order

We do not ask customers to provide passwords, full payment-card details, or other sensitive payment credentials through Etsy Messages.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use customer information only when reasonably necessary to operate LEXRO and provide our digital products and customer support.

This may include using information to:

• Process and support digital purchases
• Provide customer service
• Respond to questions and Etsy Messages
• Help resolve file-access or download problems
• Identify and investigate missing, corrupted, or inaccessible files
• Maintain appropriate transaction and business records
• Prevent or address fraud, misuse, security concerns, or violations
• Comply with applicable Etsy requirements
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory obligations
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims when reasonably necessary

We do not use customer information for unrelated purposes without an appropriate legal basis where one is required.

3. DIGITAL PRODUCTS

LEXRO currently sells digital products only.

No physical product will be shipped.

Our shop primarily offers two types of digital products:

PNG Designs — High-resolution digital artwork provided as PNG files with transparent backgrounds. Exact dimensions and specifications are provided in each individual listing.

Multi-Format Designs — Digital design packages containing multiple professionally prepared file formats. Depending on the individual listing, formats may include PNG, SVG, EPS, DXF, AI, PDF, TIFF, JPG, and other formats specifically stated in the listing.

Customers should review each individual product listing before purchasing to confirm the exact files, formats, dimensions, and specifications included.

4. DIGITAL FILE DELIVERY

After completing a purchase, the Etsy download will include a PDF Access Guide containing a link to access the purchased digital files.

Customers should download and open the PDF and follow the provided link to access and download their purchased files.

This delivery method applies to both PNG Designs and Multi-Format Designs unless otherwise clearly stated in an individual listing.

Because the purchased files are accessed through a link contained in the PDF, a third-party file-hosting or storage service may be involved in providing access to the digital files.

The privacy practices of Etsy and any third-party service used to provide file access are governed by their respective policies.

If you experience difficulty opening the PDF Access Guide, accessing the provided link, or downloading your purchased files, please contact LEXRO through Etsy Messages.

5. PAYMENT INFORMATION

Payments for purchases made through our Etsy shop are processed through Etsy and its applicable payment systems.

LEXRO does not directly process or store customers' full credit-card numbers or payment-account passwords.

Please do not send credit-card numbers, passwords, or other sensitive payment credentials through Etsy Messages.

Customers should use Etsy's official payment and account systems for payment-related information.

6. SHARING OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

LEXRO does not sell or rent customer personal information.

Information may be disclosed when reasonably necessary to:

• Process or support a customer's order
• Provide access to purchased digital products
• Operate services necessary for our digital shop
• Work with service providers used to support file delivery or business operations
• Comply with applicable Etsy requirements
• Comply with applicable laws, regulations, court orders, or valid legal requests
• Prevent, investigate, or address fraud, misuse, security issues, or prohibited activity
• Protect the rights, property, or legitimate interests of LEXRO or others
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Where third-party services are used, information is shared or processed only as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, where applicable.

Etsy separately collects and processes customer information according to Etsy's own privacy practices and policies.

7. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES

LEXRO may use third-party services when reasonably necessary to operate the shop or provide access to purchased digital files.

For example, a file-hosting or cloud-storage service may be used to host digital products accessed through the link contained in the PDF Access Guide.

When customers follow a link to a third-party service, that service may process certain technical or usage information according to its own privacy policy and practices.

LEXRO does not control the independent privacy practices of Etsy or other third-party services.

8. DATA RETENTION

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes for which it was received and to operate and protect our business.

Information may also be retained when reasonably necessary to:

• Maintain transaction and business records
• Provide customer support
• Resolve disputes
• Prevent fraud or misuse
• Comply with applicable legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory requirements
• Establish, exercise, or defend legal claims

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and applicable requirements.

9. DATA SECURITY

We take reasonable care when handling information made available to us through Etsy and any services used to operate LEXRO.

However, no method of electronic transmission, online storage, or digital communication can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Customers should protect their Etsy account credentials and should never send passwords or sensitive payment information through Etsy Messages.

10. YOUR PRIVACY RIGHTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have certain rights regarding your personal information.

These rights may include, where applicable, the ability to request:

• Access to certain personal information
• Correction of inaccurate personal information
• Deletion of certain personal information
• Restriction of certain processing
• Other rights provided by applicable privacy law

Some information may need to be retained when required or permitted for legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, security, transaction-record, dispute-resolution, or other legitimate purposes.

For personal information controlled directly by Etsy, customers may need to contact Etsy or use the privacy and account tools provided by Etsy.

11. DIGITAL ORDER ISSUES, CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Due to the nature of digital products, cancellation and refund eligibility may depend on the circumstances of the order, applicable Etsy policies, and applicable law.

Customers should carefully review the product description, included file formats, dimensions, compatibility information, and other listing details before purchasing.

If purchased files are missing, corrupted, inaccessible, or there is another problem with a digital order, please contact LEXRO through Etsy Messages so we can investigate and assist.

Nothing in this policy is intended to limit any rights that cannot legally be limited under applicable law or Etsy policies.

12. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

LEXRO's digital products and services are not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly request personal information from children through Etsy Messages.

Use of Etsy accounts and services remains subject to Etsy's applicable terms, policies, and age requirements.

13. CHANGES TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy when reasonably necessary to reflect changes to LEXRO, our digital delivery methods, services, Etsy requirements, or applicable legal obligations.

When this policy is updated, the revised version and applicable update date may be displayed through our Etsy shop where appropriate.

14. CONTACT

If you have questions about your order, digital files, or this Privacy Policy, please contact LEXRO through Etsy Messages.

For questions concerning information collected, controlled, or processed directly by Etsy, customers should contact Etsy or use Etsy's available privacy and account tools.
