All products are handmade with love in Newcastle and produced on Australian made Swan River Daisy seed paper. All artwork is painted, drawn or developed by me : )

The seed paper contains Brachycome iberidifolia, commonly known as Swan River Daisy. These Australian native flowers bloom in shades of white, mauve, blue, and purple.

The Swan River Daisy seed paper can remain viable for approximately 5 to 7 years, depending on how it is stored. To maintain seed quality, keep the paper in a dry, protected environment away from moisture and extreme temperatures.

If I ever make a packing mistake (it happens!), I’ll fix it right away. A prepaid return label will be provided, and the incorrect item will need to be returned before a refund or replacement is issued. Once your return is scanned by the postal service, I’ll process everything promptly.

**Shipping**
Tracked Standard and Express Shipping are available for all orders. Free shipping on card-only orders is sent via Untracked Letter Post, which does not include tracking or delivery confirmation. Once dispatched, these orders cannot be tracked, and Little Bossy Creates cannot provide refunds or replacements for items lost, delayed, or not delivered by Australia Post. If you would like tracking, please select a tracked shipping option at checkout.

**Returns & Exchanges**
As all items are handmade and made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If I have made a mistake with your order, I will absolutely fix it - I simply require the incorrect item to be returned first using the prepaid label I provide.

Seeds are scattered throughout the paper during the handmade production process. Some seeds may be visible on the surface, while most are embedded within the paper itself. Because of this process, there is no set number of seeds per piece, and seed placement and quantity can vary slightly from product to product.


How many plantable tiny/mini hearts or flowers do I need to grow daisies?

I recommend planting 2–3 pieces together. As the seeds are scattered naturally throughout our handmade paper, each shape will contain a different number of seeds, so I can’t guarantee how many will be present in each piece.
