One kid, one book, made on purpose for them.
I made the first one of these for my son.
They had a shelf of beautiful picture books and weren't in a single one of them. So one night I wrote them one where they were — not their name dropped into someone else's story, but a story about the things they actually loved that week, drawn in a style they actually liked looking at.
They asked for it again the next night. And the next.
That's the whole idea here. One kid, one book, made on purpose for them.
What it looks like in practice: you tell me about your child — what they love, how they are, what they're working through right now. I send back a few versions of them as the main character, in art styles built from picture books you already love, and you pick the one that feels right. Then I make the book. The digital edition arrives in a few days and opens on any tablet or phone. The printed hardcover takes about three to four weeks, because it is printed to me first so I can check it before it goes to you.
Every book gets the same test the first one got: would I hand this to my own kid? If the answer is no, it doesn't go out. That's why you approve the character before I build anything, why you get three rounds of revisions on the previews, and why you get every dollar back — before anything is printed — if I can't get it right.
Two things I care about, since you're deciding whether to trust me with your child's name.
Any photo you send me of your child is deleted once your book is delivered, unless you tell me to keep it.
And there's nothing in the book trying to get your kid to do anything next. No ads, no autoplay, no algorithm, no suggested title when it ends. Twenty quiet minutes, and then it's over.
If you have a question before you order, message me. It's me answering.
