Hola, mi nombre es Krysta Davis y soy la artista detrás de Little Roots Studio.
Me encanta incorporar una inocencia caprichosa e infantil en mis creaciones, principalmente en mis ilustraciones. ¡Crear arte divertido y caprichoso hace que mi corazón sea tan feliz! Espero traer el mismo sentimiento a los demás.
Me apuntaron en la dirección del diseño gráfico mientras intentaba decidirme por una especialización durante mi primer año en Lyndon State College. He amado todas las cosas del arte desde que era un pequeño, sin embargo, me alejé de él en la escuela secundaria, pero redescubrí mi pasión después de tomar clases en la universidad de tipografía, dibujo de la vida, diseño de paquetes y fotografía. Me gradué en 2015 con una licenciatura en diseño gráfico / ilustración y una especialización en fotografía.
Todo mi arte, ya sea digital o hecho a mano, se crea con amor en mi estudio casero en las verdes montañas de Vermont, ¡donde vivo con mis tres hijos!
Hello there, my name is Krysta Davis and I’m the artist behind Little Roots Studio.
I love to incorporate a whimsical, child-like innocence into my creations--mostly my illustrations. Creating fun, whimsy art makes my heart so happy! I hope to bring the same feeling to others.
I was pointed in the direction of graphic design while trying to decide on a major during my first year at Lyndon State College. I have loved all things art since I was a little, however, I fell away from it in high school but rediscovered my passion after taking classes in college from typography, life drawing, package design, and photography. I graduated in 2015 with a bachelors in graphic design/illustration and a minor in photography.
All of my art, whether digital or handmade is lovingly created in my home studio in the green mountains of Vermont, where I live with my three children!
