4 out of 5 starsDon’t get me wrong, the actual sign is well made. Unfortunately, no matter how many times the request of having the lower line smaller, it still came in the same size font as the top line. Chloe was always polite, friendly, patient with all the changes I kept making & she’s quick at replying too. However, I don’t think my idea of the design was understood properly. I had to make 3 different payments (hence my review appears in all 3 transactions for the same order). Pic below. I think there’s a big misleading fact as to the origin of where it is made/shipped from. The shop says ships worldwide from Texas when in fact it actually is made and shipped in China. I was told DHL/FedEx would be used for delivery, yet SF Express was used, it’s a local reliable courier but definitely cheaper. No, I won’t be ordering again.
