This neckpillow is excellent! The materials are of high quality, with the Oecotex-100 safety label, the wool is sheared in an animal-friendly manner (no mulesing), which I find important..The seller is very customer- friendly, answered all my questions quickly and advised me well. The product is beautifully made and finished, of high quality. It is a relief for my neck! The seller made it in a smaller diameter of 10cm and it is perfect, it seems! The package was carefully packed and the seller included some extra wool so you can adjust the thickness of the pillow. Very pleasant experience!
