No Returns Policy:

Custom and Personalized Products: All of our UV DTF wraps are custom-made to your specifications. As these items are tailored for your specific needs, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Quality Control: We ensure each UV DTF wrap is inspected for quality before shipping. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to resolve the issue. This includes offering a replacement or issuing a partial refund if applicable. However, we cannot offer returns or refunds for any other reason.

Buyer Responsibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to carefully review product details, measurements, and design options before purchasing. If you have any questions about the wraps, feel free to reach out to us prior to placing your order. We are happy to assist!

Shipping Delays or Issues: Shipping delays or issues that arise once the item has been shipped (such as delayed delivery or damage during transit) are not the responsibility of our shop. We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly for assistance with tracking or claims.
