No. You are not allowed to edit any of our printables purchased from LuminellePlanner.

2.Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
No, you’ll receive the files immediately after purchase and therefore, all sales are final. Please review all items carefully before placing your order as we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any repeat purchases, wrong paper sizes, wrong items etc,. due to the nature of the products.
However, please feel free to get in touch if you have any issues or questions regarding the files so that we can help you troubleshoot as soon as possible.
3.Custom and personalized orders
Yes. Please feel free to message me with more details so that we can discuss further. All custom work created by LuminellePlanner will have the ownership and copyright remain with the creator, not the customer. The custom charges may vary depending on requirements.

Once your purchase has gone through, you’ll be redirected to the Downloads page where you can find the ‘View your file’ link.
You will also receive an email from Etsy.

5.Can I share or resell my files purchased from you?
No. You are only allowed to use our printables for Personal Use only. All of our materials are copyrighted by LuminellePlanner.
