5 out of 5 starsThe listing was for two ceramic vases but they were made of plastic. After my initial review, the seller reached out and apologized as there was a misunderstanding about the material. He said the product listing was updated and it has. My purchase was refunded without question or shipping the materials back. So while I was disappointed about the product not being what I expected, the seller took responsibility for the error and made it right without any difficulty. So I’ll give high marks for customer service.

4 out of 5 starsI thought I was getting a ceramic vase and I got a plastic one, not satisfied with that, but I paid for a ceramic vase. They look a like, that's why I kept it, had to put rocks in the bottom of it. Do you think I would like to order from you again?
