5 out of 5 starsThe cup is good quality. I like that you can use the straw or not. The engraving is very well done. I was a little disappointed that they did not have the pink color that I originally ordered, but they reached out to me with different options, and I ordered it in white. Shipping was quick, and I am overall very happy with the cup. It's a Christmas present for my daughter who loves greek mythology. I just know she's going to love it!

Custom and personalized orders
Many of my items can be altered to your individual requirements. please just contact me to discuss your requirements.
Lead times for custom orders will vary, dependant on the nature of each request. Once the details of a custom order have been discussed, an estimated delivery date will be agreed upon.
Once the details of your order have been finalised, payment is due in full before work can be commenced. Any changes to your order after this may be subject to a further charge.

How long does it take for my order to be shipped?
We typically ship all orders within 1 to 5 business days.
How long does it take to arrive?
We ship all orders from our USA factory. via USPS for USA orders and your local mail carrier for international orders.
Your tracking number will be included within your Etsy Order as soon as it is shipped.
Once shipped, deliveries usually take place within the following timeframe:
USA - Within 2-7 business days
Canada - Within 5-14 business days
Western Europe - Within 7-30 business days
Australia/NZ - Within 14-30 business days
