1 na 5 gwiazdekThis shop is a scam. They took my order and the money and then proceeded to create a shipping label on the 24th. It is now the 29th and the order has never left the United Arab Emirates. As well the shop says it ships from Texas, not true. I'm now stuck waiting because due to etsy policy I cannot open a case until Nov 3rd as the shipping ticket was created. I've asked repeatedly for my order to be cancelled with no response.

1 na 5 gwiazdekItem itself is fine I’m sure. I wouldn’t know, my vest didn’t ship until 4 days after I spent my money and now, UPS is emailing me that I have an additional $31 to pay in import fees?? This seller has made me spend almost $200 for a vest that hasn’t even left the Middle East in over a week.

1 na 5 gwiazdekThis guy is a scammer. DO NOT BUY FROM HIM. I asked for the order to be cancelled less than 24 hours after purchase and he ignored my request. He proceeded to mark item as shipped and told me oh i didn’t see any messages and I already shipped (LIES), sent him a screenshot of my request then he said oh ignore the shipping message I will cancel your order. He did not cancelled it. Right now I open a case with etsy to get my money back. If you already purchased something from him be aware, your item will never be delivered.

Thank you for your feedback as we have already mentioned with the buyer that when we shipped the item then buyer asked to cancel although we have initiated full refund. The buyer didn't listen he was here on purpose of damaging business we might think he is one of our competitor as he mentioned that he is also doing business on etsy. As etsy is most reliable platform.
